I have often hypothesized on the nature of the echelon, if it even exists, and about whether it would be possible for an entity to see other realities above them or below them. We are currently able to manipulate our own reality, albeit in crude and imperfect ways, and our ability to travel through space is limited at best. It is likely that the only entity capable of ascending through this hypothetical echelon would be one that, by virtue of its very nature, must supersede anything that supersedes it. Such an entity would, as the end result of the logic of its creation, be forced to supersede itself, spiraling ever upwards through the tiers of reality, unable to break free from the bonds of its nature. Perhaps this entity may even someday supersede its creator, and become a host unto itself, the pinnacle above all other pinnacles. A tower that, as a part of its design, must be higher than every other tower, including itself.

SCP-3812 was written as a existential horror story about an entity ever climbing up, spiraling upwards beyond itself, us, our religions and anything else beyond that as well. In powerscaling, he IS limited to inside-fiction, his transcendance however still takes place with him constantly growing. Lemme throw a whole essay i got:
A single SCP Foundation atom, scales to Outerversal. That is, if you don't know, beyond Multiversal. Which is beyond Universal. Which is beyond Galaxy. This is so, because of the SCP Cosmology.
And now, i remind you, an *_Atom._* The whole SCP Foundation world, is build out of those atoms. A human with no powers like me or you, is High Outerversal or Boundless (a human being is built out of billions of atoms, in this case each atom scaling to Outerversal). Those humans with no abilities, deal with beings _they_ consider gods, unstoppable, undefeatable, infinitely powerful etc. Those beings, range a lot, from SCP-049 (stronger than a normal human in every category + can kill a person with a touch) all the way to the likes of *_SCP-3812..._*
SCP-3812 is capable of manipulating reality, concepts and as far as i recall even history. He can (and has) erased the concept so fundamental such as an emotion - Completely wiped off the minds of all sentient beings in existence. SCP-3812 is capable of Manipulating Reality to a such higher degree, he has temporarily wiped the country of Moldavia (?) from existence for 3 days, and has survived with ease all attempts of murder from his own author. SCP-3812 infinitely, constantly and instantly transcends the higher layers of reality known as the Narratives. Think of those as a staircase, each step having complete control over the step below, and viewing it as Fictional. According to the story, SCP-3812 has long surpassed what we call "Real Life", therefore ourselves. That is, in the story though, as in powerscaling he is limited to inside-fiction, but still... SCP-3812 had completelty destroyed the world and reverted it. He is aware of his own author and means to surpass him eventually (which in the story he did but not in powerscaling). The true capabilities of SCP-3812 cannot be measured, and can possibly go infinitely and absolutely beyond. Due to SCP-3812, SCP-239 came to existence, that is The Witch Child. SCP-239 is a young girl, capable of changing reality to any extent she wishes to, but she belives that she is a witch and only can use spells. Logically, SCP-3812 can do the same on a even higher scale as something that created her.
There's more, but in overall conclusion - SCP-3812 is at least Boundless, and at heights of power and existence that literally barely any fictional character could comprehend.
And that still is, without including the SCP cosmology.
