Fix VSDC Screen Recorder Videos appear Blurry, Choppy, Low Resolution and not Sharp

When recording videos using the VSDC free screen recorder, you may face the problem of the videos appearing blurry, choppy, low resolution, not clear, poor quality or not sharp enough to read what is on the screen.
This problem is easy to fix and has been resolved in this video.
The problem may be applicable with other screen recorders having similar issues.

What if the XVid MPEG-4 Codec doesn't show up as an option on the video settings? I tried installing it and my recorder still only recognizes 'MPEG Compresser' and 'DV Video Encoder'
