Of course! I definitely have been there before. Some of the people I recommend are Case with everdaymasters.life, he uses a slightly different modality but he’s very talented. Julie at Juliehintongreen.com is excellent. My sister Katie at majesticliving.co does Theta healing but is wonderful. I think it definitely comes down to the practioner and their particular style. It might be worth investing in an online course (Udemy has inexpensive options) that will help you learn how to perform Reiki on yourself as well. And sometimes the sessions I felt the least ended up being the most powerful. But there’s nothing like really feeling it. It changes your life for sure. It can definitely get pricey so it might be worth trying to find someone who is in training and needs practice.
