Silly comment. It is the implications of the deployment of a foreign army in the war in Ukraine that is the point that is of concern. Not the soldiers themselves. You are ignoring the simultaneous actions of Kim declaring South Koreas as their number one enemy and the blowing up of the few roads and other infrastructure that have connected the DPRK with South Korea across the 38th parallel demarcation line. Kim's actions could be nothing more than bolstering his southern flank defences in case of an attack from South Korea by either the South Korean army or by the United States. Clearly, Kim is concerned that his partnership with Putin puts him at greater risk, even though it is highly unlikely that the South Koreans or the US will attack North Korea.
