- ポーランド系ウクライナ人の作曲家、セルゲイ・ボルトキエヴィチ(1877年2月28日 - 1952年10月25日）の作曲した、組曲“ピアノの為の物語”より、大変美しい、“愛の目覚め”(1928)という曲を、弾いてみました。
こんなに愛らしい曲が他にあるのか、という位の感動的な作品だと思います。
何故この曲がもっと取り上げられないのかが不思議な位のロマンティックな音楽です。
この曲は、再び他のピアノでも弾いてみようと思っています。
I played a very beautiful piece called "Dawning love"(1928, Erwachende Liebe, Amour naissant) from the suite "Stories for Piano" (“Ein Roman für Klavier”) Op.35 composed by Sergei Bortkiewicz (February 28, 1877 - October 25, 1952), a Ukrainian composer of Polish descent.
It is such a moving piece of music that one wonders, “Is there any other music as lovely as this?”
It is so romantic music that it is a wonder why this piece is not taken up more.
I plan to play it again on another piano soon.

お疲れ様です。ラフマニノフを思い出す様な左手のアルペジオと、近代フランスを彷彿とさせる右手の和音。迷宮へ誘い込まれる様な曲ですね。

この作曲家はとても素晴らしいと思うのに、殆ど日本では聴く事が稀ですね。
もっと愛されて然るべき作曲家とその作品だと思います。
僕はラフマニノフより、スクリアビン風に冒頭の部分は感じました。😸
知らない間に、17曲もこの作曲家の作品を弾いていました。（キャプションにこの作曲家だけの再生リストへのリンクが記されています。）
これからも僕が弾ける範囲で取り上げて行こうと思います。
