Some get angry at the system they are part of. They arrest someone for say beating a partner & they also get beaten during the arrest but then see them on the street days later walking around on a bond or whatever. Every cop is a person, a individual with a history and issues just like anyone else. I think they should be drug tested since they drive at high speeds & carry weapons in public.
