    Thanks for this post! I especially loved the sunrise trips across the road. I heard the birds more than the traffic! I also enjoy getting up early by myself!
    I live in rural France and love hearing the birds in the morning!

      That’s so awesome! A fellow early bird that also loves hearing the birds! 🥰 🐦 💕
      There is just something about a sunrise that refreshes you and grounds you by helping you realize that every day is a new day and you can make every day count! 💖

      Thanks! 💖 We were so blessed to be there for 2 weeks! It’s totally magical - like angels sprinkling glitter on the turquoise waters. 😇

    It looks like we were in the same spot for sunset. So cool you were able to paddle board on the lake and learn about the plants at the show. We always say we wish we spent more time here!

      We were at Glacier for two weeks and still felt like we needed to spend more time there! We’ve tried getting a site there again for this summer, but haven’t had quite the luck we did the first time around……
      I may have asked you this already, but now I can’t remember what you said….. 🤪 What are your plans for this summer?

    Awesome video. What would you recommend: Apgar loop A or Fish creek loop C with lake access?

      Thank you so much! If you can get a site with lake access - definitely Fish Creek loop C. If I remember correctly, most of loop C was for smaller campers and tents. We are 27 ft airstream, so for us Apgar was more accommodating. But we did stay in loop B at Fish creek as they had more bigger camper friendly sites.
      We also really loved Many Glacier Campground.
      What do you camp in?

      Yes, it seems like Fish Creek loop C with lake access could be amazing. Especially with our canoe. We have a small 5x9 square drop Hiker Trailer. It is 13 feet long hitch receiver to the back. I just watched your video for Many Glacier - very cool! We plan to spend one week at MG then Banff then Fish Creek.

      @@foolthepity That sounds amazing!!! You’ll have such a great time. And with a smaller camper you can fit just about anywhere! There are several sites at Many Glacier that are on Swiftcurrent Creek which were especially nice, but it was REALLY hard to get a campsite in there. We would’ve loved to stay more than two nights, but couldn’t get any more reservations. You’ll have an easier time getting reservations with a smaller camper. I would highly recommend spending as much time there as you can - the wilderness truly surrounds you there.

      @@foolthepity also, the Two Medicine area was pretty cool too and is often overlooked. Some of the Rangers at Glacier National Park mentioned it was their favorite area. They have a campground there as well, but it’s more open and not as wooded as Fish Creek or Many Glacier.

    what campsite number were you at? trying to find the best site there

    • @adventuresofMomDadGirlWhiteDog
      @adventuresofMomDadGirlWhiteDog  3 месяца назад

      @@erikalynne1 We were in loop A which I highly recommend because it’s the outside loop so behind our campsite was just woods and then the road and then Lake McDonald. It was a great location!
      Apgar Campground was a little noisier than Fish Creek campground, but you’re also close to all the amenities there which was nice. 😊
      When will you be going to Glacier?

    • @erikalynne1
      @erikalynne1 3 месяца назад +1

      We will be there next August! Planning a huge cross country road trip and this is one of our stops! Do you remember the specific campsite number you were at? We are trying to scout out good campsites so when it’s time to book, we know what we want. Thanks so much for the tip!❤

      @@erikalynne1 How fun! You’ll have such a great time! Ours ended up being a 75 Day Road Trip from Michigan to Washington, down the Pacific Coast and back through Utah and Colorado. It was amazing!! You’ll have to check out some of our other videos if they are stops you’re interested in making as well. I really feel like we lucked out with a lot of great campsites!
      I don’t remember the exact site number, but when I look at the map, I think it may have been 23. It was one of the outside campsite on Loop A. But all the outside sites were pretty spacious.
