Ruske Kape Cakes Recipe / Tart Dessert / Russian Hats

- Hello dear ones,
today we are making Ruske Kape tarts, a dessert that has its origins in the Balkans. They are eye-catching and the perfect dessert for those who like chocolate and coconut. For the dessert we need the following ingredients:
Cream:
2 packets of "paradise cream"
600 ml milk
Preparation:
Mix the milk and the powder with the hand mixer for about 3 minutes until you get a creamy pudding consistency. Cover the cream with cling film and place in the fridge.
Dough:
5 eggs
200 grams of sugar
100ml sunflower oil
50ml milk
250 g flour
1 tbsp baking powder
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp salt
Preparation:
In a bowl, mix the eggs, sugar, sunflower oil and milk with a mixer. In another bowl, mix flour, salt, vanilla sugar and cocoa powder. Add the flour mixture to the egg mixture and stir well until a creamy batter is formed. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees circulating air. Spread the dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for about 30 minutes. Let the cake cool and cut out as many circles as possible with a round cutter. Cut the small cakes in half, put the cream on one half. Top with the other half so it looks like a sandwich. Spread the sides of the sandwiches with the cream and roll in coconut flakes. Spread melted chocolate on top of cupcakes.
Glaze:
100g dark chocolate
3 tablespoons whipped cream
100g grated coconut
Preparation:
Pour the cooked hot cream over the chocolate and let the chocolate melt.
