Wow, a gorgeous triple neck! In the 70's before I played steel at all, I thought these consoles were just the most outdated and kind of silly instruments anyone would want to play. Now I own 2 Universal 12 string 7+5 pedal steels, an old 8 string lap in C6, and I would kll for one of these! Prices now thru the roof and I'm retired, but at least we get to see and hear them played, and played well! If I lived out west I would find a way to buy one and jam anywhere, anytime. If you are not a steel player, you can pick up an 8 string for $150 or so. Very frustrating at first, but incredibly rewarding when you start getting it. Guarantee you'll be the only one on the block!
Very nice Ethan!. This video is very helpful to those of us who are learning the B11 tuning. After playing 13th, 7th and 6th tunings for 30 years I am finally getting around to B11. Thank you!
@ thanks for posting these tunes. I have a 6 string double neck with E & C6 and an 8 string with Low C6 and E13, but there’s very little stuff out there on E13 (although it’s close to PSG E9) and B11, so this is invaluable x
Beautiful music, beautiful guitar, beautiful player, beautiful playing... period...
Thank you for the kind words. I'm glad you enjoyed it!
Killer tone, Ethan, very tasty !
Thanks, Lee! I really appreciate it!

Thanks Tim! Yeah, it took me a while to really check out B11, too. It's definitely worth getting into, though!
very nice

Glorious sound! such a talent.
Thank you for the kind words!
Beautiful playing. Killer tone.
Thanks so much!
Thanks! I wonder what the historical connection was between Nuages & Sand?
Jules Ah See and Jerry Byrd definitely had been listening to Django, and that shows in their arrangements. Good ear!

Absolutely beautiful. Listening over and over. May I ask what tuning ?
Thanks for the kind words! It's B11.
Thank you so much. I’m new to lap steel and only familiar with C6. B11 seems to have so many great possibilities! Cheers
@@kenscott876 good luck on your steel journey!
