Anyway.) and was only in danger of elimination once, and that was when everyone who didn't win was automatically in danger. Alaska deserved it. And guess what? I wish Katya could've won too, but Alaska did really well.

The show was automatically rigged towards Chad. Mimi clearly won that first lipsync and Pandora and Mimi worked great together off of camera. This show is always rigged so don't trust it.
The teams idea was stupid as hell. I mean maybe for one challenge have them pair up or something, that could be interesting, but for the entire season? No, got no. Here's hoping for All Stars 2 they learned it was a stupid idea and abandoned the teams
If they planned pairs in advance, it could be an interesting season. Firstly, don't call it All Stars. Do it as Drag Race: Tag Team or something. Let the queens prepare joint outfits for some challenges, and have them design them for others, do joint comedy challenges etc. Then, do two lip syncs (for each member of the pair) at the end of each episode, and send a pair home based on both performances. Finally do a joint crowning. The main problem was that having the queens pair up in the way they did led to some incredibly unbalanced pairings, where some pairs knew each other really well (Shad and Rujubee), while others didn't know each other at all, and had completely different styles of drag (Latrila and Mandora). Also, the lack of planning meant that runways were disappointing mosty because half of the time, their best outfits for the brief would clash horribly with their partner's. Also, the fact that NO ONE knew or particularly liked what the fuck was going on meant that most of the queens were visibly unhappy throughout the season. It wasn't what they signed up for. They looked more drained than competitive. Just look at AS2 compared to AS1. All of the queens are GAGGING for it, and while there was a lot of bitching (cos there were a lot of bitches!), everyone had their funny moments of just messing around and just letting loose. In comparison, AS1 looked like a job for most of the competitors. I'm really glad they've started bringing back AS1 queens and giving them a proper second chance.

I really loved Pandora, and I still do, but after I watched All Stars, I got such a sour taste in my mouth from her attitude the whole time. They really could have been an amazing team. She put all the blame on Mimi for everything when really she fucked up too. The whole duo thing was dumb anyway. I sincerely hope they are smart enough to not do that for All Stars 2.
You can tell WOW hadn't a clue what to do with All Stars in S1. It's a shame the queens suffered because of it. I always thought Chad was the only one happy from that season too, lmao
The thing I didn't understand about All Stars was, if you became an All-Star on your own, WHY all of a sudden would you need to rely on/be hindered by someone else? Sure, you only got six episodes and all these queens. But figure out a way to eliminate two each episode... have slightly more intense than usual mini challenge, eliminate one, and then eliminate one on the runway. It's better than teams.

I think the source of all the problems on All Stars was that Logo only gave it 6 episodes, so they had to compromise by having teams. So I hope that All Stars 2 either has a full series of around 10 episodes or have less queens this time around. Personally I hope they do the former
