Oh okay, you need to hear Orion and The Call of Ktulu and To Live Is To Die and Anesthesia (Pulling Teeth)
FYI: James Hetfield's lead at 8:32, followed by Kirk Hammett's lead at 9:01.
James actually did two guitar solos for this song: first - slow, calming (at the interlude, starts at around 6:06/6:07), then second - fast and crazy (8:31/8:32)!!!!
@@igortokarski9517 the first one isn't a guitar solo, just a melody, but yes, that was James as well.
Wait to you check out their other instrumentals. All masterpieces
🤘
Killer reaction!! ORION is an instrumental masterpiece by Metallica
Orion should be next. A Metallica Master Piece
🤘🎸
No words are needed for such a sesh
Yes! I was waiting for you took realize there were no lyrics. Glad you liked it.
There are 5 Metallica instrumentals.
Anesthesia (Pulling Teeth)- 5 minutes of Cliff Burton showing off.
The Call Of Ktulu- A monstrous epic.
Orion - Cliff Burton's Masterpiece.
To Live Is To Die - Cliffs Last Song. Finished and released after his death. No lyrics but a verse in spoken word.
Suicide And Redemption- Metallica's first Instrumental since 1988.
I would love to see you react to these one day. Keep rockin.
My Friend Of Misery was supposed to be a sixth instrumental, but lyrics sprang forth....
@@mfree80286 It would have been an amazing instrumental. The lyrics are amazing too. I'm not sure what would have been better. I just hope the instrumental returns for Metallica's next album.
Major props for having such a good musical ear. I am a lifelong Metallica fan and I used to not like the instrumentals. I knew I eventually would but I knew I would have to listen to them three or four times to get to like them. Now they are some of my favorite songs.
if you’re going to stick to the full album reviews, I would suggest either Master of puppets or and justice for all next. Either way I’m subscribed and I’ll be watching and listening!
This has always been my favorite song off this album. Thank you for a cool reaction!
love your interpretation of the name lol. somehow i feel it might actually be the case
When's the last song from Death Magnetic coming? (My Apocalypse)
Soon. Ive been away for a bit for work but I have a couple days off coming
Spit out the bone is one of their best recent songs.👍
More Metallica? Try:
Call of Ktulu
Am I Evil?
The Four Horsemen
Orion
Leper Messiah
Ride the Lightning
Glad you loved an Instrumental. They have more of them!
Great reaction Zac!! There are more awesome MetallicA instrumentals to hear! 🤘
I LOVE THIS SONG!!!
Keep up the good work, man. I hope you check out the Hardwired album.
great video please react to my apocalypse from metallica thanks
We're still waiting for the last song from this album - "My Apocalypse"!!!!!!!!!
You could do the whole "Hardwired To Self Destruct" album. Metallica has music videos for all of the songs on that album.
Or check out another band "Nightwish". They are a symphonic metal band from Finland. They are probably the best live band in the world and you would see my point instantly by reacting to one of their performances.
Songs to start off with them:
Storytime (Wacken 2013)
Romanticide (Wacken 2013)
10th Man Down (Buenos Aires 2018)
Endless Forms Most Beatiful (Official lyric video)
Song of Myself (Wacken 2013)
Our Decades In the Sun (Official lyric video
Ghost River (Wacken 2013)
Edema Ruh (Official lyric video)
metallica - to live is to die, pls :)
Hey please do " Curse of Feanor" by Blind Guardian.
This is strictly my opinion...some may disagree, but Metallica's golden age comprises their first 4 albums: Kill em All, Ride the Lightning, Master of Puppets, and And Justice for All. The self titled "Black Album" is the borderline.. that's when they broke into the mainstream and started writing radio friendly songs and the first time MTV played them in primetime. The next 20 years is pretty iffy.. when the band started sounding more "alt rock" than metal.. the low point being St Anger. Death Magnetic was an improvement... somewhat... but for me the Golden age albums are what I will always go back to.
The low point is Lulu. Actually I love Load, Reload, and Garage.
Actually thanks to the Black album there was a time when Metallica dominated the world, mainstream doesn't mean bad, Load and Reload was a big change not bad but not great as the other albums. Finally they returned to heavy metal at 2008 with this brilliant and underrated album Death Magnetic
@@lepork519 I dont think Mainstresm equals bad. I do however think though that mainstream usually means "middle of the road". I do however think they lost the magic. When you're on top.. it's easy to go soft. You have nothing else to prove. And that in my opinion is what happened to Metallica. I dont begrudge them their success.. they deserve it. I just dont personally care for their later material.
