I hate maeve but I might pick up this character purely because I got the cool temple skin. I suck with vatu though, should I even try maeve or are they similar enough that I shouldn't bother?
Maeve is a cut and run and Vatu is a dive and snowball. Similar in terms of weaponry but very different in ranges, play styles and weaknesses and advantages. I would just say give her a try, play cat burglar with some DR on dash.

I hate her default skin so I never gave her a chance lmao but now that I have an awesome skin I like I wanna try the character out. my problem with vatu was that I died too often even when I ambushed an opponent because his health is so low. I noticed maeve has no ammo and DR on certain moves (and probably cards) so that sounds helpful^^
