I like that you generally aim to use only 100% of the fabric from one garment to make a refashion, and that is great! But may I suggest that it would also be very interesting for many of us to see a refashion that is made from 2 garments, or from a garment plus a little bit of extra fabric or added notions. That would not be cheating! :D
If some extra bias tape, or ribbon, or laces, or contrasting ruffles or sleeve fabric could help extend the possibilities of a refashion then I would be all for it! Most of us have access to some extra bits here and there that we would love to use up in a fun refashion project!

One small thing, at 3:02 what you called a "rubber band" would be called an "elastic strip" or a "piece of elastic" in English. It looks like 1/4" elastic to me, about a 10" long piece. (Sorry, as an American I'm more familiar with inches than metric.) A rubber band is similar but it is a different thing, not used in clothing but used as an office supply, such as to hold a bundle of pencils together.

I have a suggestion, which I hope you may like. Would you make a separate playlist for "Upcycled Men's Shirts", and one for "Upcycled T-Shirts". That way we can easily scan through your projects to find the right inspiration we need for the item we want to do an upcycle on.
I have a long-sleeved man's dress shirt I want to do a refashion on, to make something nice for myself, and I don't know yet what project to pick or what features I could aim for on my new garment. It would be so convenient to easily scan through or watch a whole playlist dedicated to the garment I have available to work from.
