This is how I see it: As long as Elsa keeps at a distance she can endlessly bombard Frozone with her higher elemental power and versatility, but as soon as Frozone closes said distance and starts throwing hands instead of ice it's curtains for her.

Frozone has the experience since he’s in a period where he’s constantly dealing with other powered beings as well as being a better H2H combatant. However, there’s one problem. He has a weakness. In the movie, if he gets dehydrated, his powers are rendered useless. Based on what I've seen and remembered from Frozen, Elsa has never displayed those kinds of limits like that. So in terms of pure ice power, I might have to give a slight edge to Elsa. Plus, she can form her ice into objects such as weapons and a literal castle.
Granted this fight depends on the environment. If Frozone gets dehydrated, he loses. If not, he might win mid difficulty, but he needs to be very careful of sharp ice objects else might be thrown at her.
Elsa can't just make sharp ice objects, she can turn them alive. And also, (correct me if I'm wrong), Frozone being dehydrated doesn't render is power useless. He's just getting a drink. But iirc, it's the presence of water or any H2O molecules present within the air.

Id give elsa more than a slight edge. She can make monsters, has better range, can overpower a season, has much more control, being able to make something like a whole castle with her powers, is capable of flash freezing entire human beings, and can ofc use her abilities offensively on a pretty big scale.

Elsa honestly wins this I think for the most part even if I like Frozone more.
Fros powers heavily rely on his body condition and his stamina, Elsa's is literally magic and doesn't have many drawbacks or at least as obviously clear than Frozones drawbacks.
Frozone has the combat IQ and speed but he has to rely on quickly shutting Elsa down very VERY early in the fight or he'll lose ground fast. She also has more control over ice with just a flick of her wrist or with a thought whilst Frozone is producing ice from his hands.
Not to mention full on Weather manipulation where she changed the whole of Summer into a winter nightmare with very little effort.
There's even the chance she just outright redirects any ice related attack Frozone shoots at her.
This is essentially a Gaara vs Rock Lee type of fight.
One combatant has such overwhelming elemental power with very little drawbacks whilst the other combatant has greater speed and combat skill.
Frozone will be focused on trying to break through her defenses quick whilst Elsa will be focused on guarding herself and locking Frozone down.
Agreed : Elsa is no brawler. The second Frozone manages to close the distance, one swift punch and she's knocked out.
Otherwise, in terms of raw ice power, she's definitely above him : she has the power to create a permanent winter, after all !!

Something to add Frozone can use the water in the air in the event that he is dehydrated. That is mentioned in the movies. It was just that in the fire there was no water in the air and he was dehydrated that he couldn't use his powers. Also if I am not mistaken but in the 3:07 clip Forzone causes his own ice to melt. because if you watch his ice bridges, they melt as he flies away. Ice doesn't normally melt that fast meaning Frozone is purposefully causing his own ice to melt.
This can mean only one thing Frozone isnt making ice from nothing he is basically a low level ice men from the X-Men. Frozone is able to lower and raise the temperatures of water molecules between liquid and ice. . . If this is true Elsa is cooked because every ounce of ice she throw's at him he can just turn back into water and use it against her.
Also Frozone has low level weather manipulation. In Incredibles 2 when the Five Heroes come to kidnap the kids you can actually see the weather change and it begin to snow from Frozone very presences. You see this before you even hear his voice.
Elsa can control Frozone's power if he becomes too threatening. Elsa wins.

After carefully rewatching the Frozen series good lord Elsa is broken imo she beats Frozone more often than not but at the end of the day Frozone still the GOAT
No amount of battle skills is going to make up for Elsa's versatility and range. Besides she's not new at using her powers, she's pretty skilled herself.
Unlike Iceman, Frozone, Killerfrost or Shoto or something. Elsa's Power is more magic than science. And so quite OP with little to no limitations.
7:20 yeah but if you gave Frozone the same ice abilities as Elsa without his current limitations he'd surpass her in most if not all catagories.
A guy who shoots ice vs the god of ice, arguably life, and the very concept of weather. Like, why would we assume Frozones powers would even be a factor here? She'd probably pull something out of her ass to make it so all the water in the area is alive, or just unusable by him.
Then combat experience, how do you fight an ice golem when the combat experience in question heavily depends on a power that's basically useless. He's not a ninja. He's not Lelouch. He's never shown to use the kinds of skills that would ACTUALLY work to exploit Elsa's few weaknesses. This is basically Goku vs Saitama if there was some "kill saitama" button in a complete different universe.
So basically Elsa is just the avatar at this point 😂

This fight is a test of Frozone’s speed and skill. He absolutely must close the distance and land a knockout, because he only has so much power, while Elsa can camp and potshot him. He’s far more agile and experienced than Elsa, but his own constructs can be turned against him, so he has to move fast to beat her
Elsa solos.
She can just recreate the omnidroid at the end of the first movie (stronger than Frozone and all of the Incredibles), or something of similar size, which we’ve seen her do before, seeing as she can make sentient beings (like Olaf and Marshmallow).

She didn't actually "change" the season, the entire first movie took place during the summer. Elsa's power was just so uncontrollable that everytime she's stressed out she makes things colder and colder. What she did was simply removing all of what she caused now that she has a better grasp of her powers. The life and death thing is being taken too seriously and this actually ties with what just said. Alof is temporary. Had Elsa not create a snow cloud for him he would've melted on the spot. The same most likely could happen to any of her constructs with given time IF she doesn't do something about it, which she unfortunately won't be able to.
Also, some if not most of the things youve given Elsa won't help her in the fight. For one, the mini snowmen cant even fight, and she was only shown to being to summon them when she's sick. The same goes for her cannon snowball thingy, it wont help her. For one, she was sick when she did that, and two, it's not even dangerous. Frozone can easily just block it with his own powers and he can always just dodge it. She also did that with the use of a horn, which I highly doubt she can carry around all the time. That leaves her giant Golem. The Golem itself, isnt strong. Yes its stronger than humans but thats just it. Its also super slow, especially compared to Frozone, who like you said, could keep up with a train. The memory thing you gave, it wont help her either. Like you said, Frozone doesnt like to play around alot and wants to finish the job, meaning Elsa wouldn't even get the chance to even touch his ice unless it's being thrown at her.
With all that being said, Im not really taking away Elsa's capabilities. She's strong yes, but Frozone's been in the field dealing with REAL threats compared to Elsa.
He's still won't get the chance too.

@channeled., yes he will. As said in the video, Frozone's capable of keeping up with a train, Elsa doesn't have any speed feats that can even compare near that. He also has more/better battle experience, and with it, he doesn't like prolonging fights.

How would frozone have dehydration issues in a fight with Elsa? I mean, they wouldn't just randomly fight in a hot place. Even if they were, wouldn't frozone take ammo from the cold air Elsa makes the moment she attacks?

Elsa literally has ice coming from every part of her from the sole of her feet to the tips of her fingers and her ice can act like a poison that slowly freezes you to death long after the initial encounter... When it comes to aerial battles she can literally walk on air caus the ice forms before she sets foot on it... Frozone is already at a disadvantage caus he has to use 50% of both his powers and concentration to not fall to his death.
I see no comparison here, one is literally ice personified and the other is a guy with two ice throwers...
