Tried the garrote deck out earlier this week, had mixed results till I realized I was running a slightly different list (i think it was running filletfighters instead of treasure distributors, and no secret passages). The secret passages make a HUGE difference in deck speed. Dunno why the other list wasn't running them. Was also wondering how big of a difference the Zephrys makes in the miracle deck. I like cycle rogue in standard a lot (though it began to bore me due to how lopsided matchups with it are) and have enough to make it without Zephrys. I'm planning to craft him eventually but I was mainly curious how big the difference is with him, and whether I'd be better off crafting something else first as a result.
Zeph in the miracle list is one of the single most HOTLY debated cards in the list, and it card 30. Some people hate him. Straight up hatred. Don't like him one bit, thinks he mucks up draws, ruins Swindle, dead card. I think he adds a dimension to the dead and scams you wins, but he takes practice to use. Learning how to force flare for ice block is a wild staple. Other alternatives are stuff like prize Plunderer, living dragon breath, speaker stomper, Neophyte, fizzle... A Chinese take on the deck gets to the end of the deck and cycles fizzle/snap shot. I don't think its as good but gives you an idea what the flex would be: AAEBAd75Awj8owPz3QO9gATMoAWs0QWt6QWtpwaq6gYLgrQC9bsCqssD590D9p8E958Et7ME9N0EwaEF38MFv/cFAAA=
Yeah the possibility of having a flare for the block is a really neat thing. I may craft the deck and run it with fizzle (or something comparable) till I find the dust for zeph. I'm really interested in the deck and I can totally see how zephrys' inclusion can help win otherwise dead matchups. Hugely versatile and there isn't really a way to pop the block without a dedicated tech card (that I know of) I may run dreamplanner zeph in the meantime and look like a doofus to my opponents lmao
@ Also wanted to say thanks for sharing the fizzle variant, it's a lot closer to what I'm used to and I had a lot more success with it. I could be playing it wrong but the warmasters and stenographers clogged draws quite a lot and lost me a lot of games. I'm also just a sucker for anything fizzle :p
It's super fun! I lost a lot with it but still find it fun to play even vs the stat dump version where I had more success. The games you pull off going infinite are very rewarding.
i like to switch to wild becuz in the long term it's more reasonable. can u make like a tier list of the best decks in wild right now. but a little bit biger like a top 10.
That nature Shaman is clever, proccing spellburst multiple times by reincarnate is genius
It's very similar to rogue tricks in standard! But they have shadow step and have to pay a mana to get it back.
Great show of decks! There is some I never saw. Thanks! Gonna try them
And for cheap!! Hope they work for you!

I don't hate it tbh, sometimes you just need the reach AND he doesn't suck played for 3 or shadow stepped.

I'll see what I can do o7
I don't usually do a more formal tier list, but this is the most recent meta outlook I made:

can vouch for questline DH, if youve played aggro dh in standard ever it's really cheap and very effective, very fun too
Hey what advernture were you talking about for the Barnes deck?
One Night is Karazhan!
False i have 80k dust
