A little tip for pumpkin bread: If you make a couple loafs and freeze them they taste even better when they come out! Plus if you don’t cut it before you freeze it and wait until you take it out, cut it before it’s thawed out you won’t have the bread crumbles! It’s a smooth cut!
You’re welcome! I love to make a ton of it and freeze it! Then if we go to a party, it’s ready I can slice it and thaw it out and it is ready to go! So yummy!
