  • Leave a like if you agreed with the judge in this court hearing! 👍
In this very hectic court hearing, this Sovereign Citizen tries to threaten, insult, and act rude toward the judge, completely overstepping his bounds. He believed he could intimidate the judge with his aggressive behavior, but what he didn’t expect was a harsh reality check. The judge doesn’t back down, swiftly teaching him the harsh reality of what he's doing and showing him the consequences of his actions. With a firm response, the judge puts him in his place, making it clear that his threats and insults won’t be tolerated. This shocking moment serves as a wake-up call for the Sovereign Citizen, who quickly realizes that his attempt to control the situation has completely backfired.

Technically, practicing law is the actions taken by an attorney or prosecutor to argue cases and represent clients. Judges are specifically NOT supposed to practice law from the bench, they are to interpret law and act as an unbiased mediator.
That said, none of these sovcits know what that means anyway and they use it wrong constantly, acting like any ruling is practicing law.

The Dunning-Kruger effect is a cognitive bias that occurs when people overestimate their abilities or knowledge in a particular area. The Dunning-Kruger effect is a result of poor self-awareness and low cognitive ability. People who lack knowledge in a certain area don't have the skills to recognize their own incompetence. This can lead to overconfidence, which can cause people to make flawed decisions.

One of the biggest problems is that pretty much all the sovereign citizens I see are trying to act as their own lawyer. I’ve had conversations with people seemingly more intelligent and informed about a lot of these topics. None of those people think there is any way you should try to represent yourself. There are various issues that a lawyer could argue properly which might be of use. Of course there are more things I hear that don’t make sense and don’t seem like valid arguments. Weird stuff about the flag and strange statements about the constitution. Acting like this guy is certainly not going to work.

The part about it that gets me, is that they say they are there under duress and threat, and the judge asked them why and they say they were being threatened with kidnapping if they did not show up, yet they say the court has no jurisdiction. IF they have no jurisdiction, they cant not arrest them. IF it is kidnapping, then the police are guilty of a crime and the group that does have jurisdiction would arrest them. So, is there a threat, or does the court have jurisdiction?

This guy is really a jerk. He thinks he knows more than any legal scholar in the world. He's so narcissistic and arrogant he can't understand that his homemade education is verified in
fiction. He speaks to lawyers and judges with zero respect. You can tell this guy is a pretty smart dude. He should seek out things that can improve his career or seek out knowledge to exercise the brain and stay sharp. It's time to stop the buffoonery.

This idiot wants to claim the US Laws do not pertain to him and then he argues about the Law. If he is claiming not to be part of the US SYSTEM of Law the Deport him like a Foreigner who has broken the Laws and claim immunity.

I think Judge Perkins is a lovely man but I find him too patient and lenient with these sovshits for my taste. This nonsense needs to be shut down swiftly and firmly.
