Hi Bro, Thank you asking this. First of all you don't have to register yourself in any place to start driving. If your driving license is valid and in English language, then you can start driving as soon as you enter in Sweden. You may have to show the entry date in Sweden along with the Indian license in case of any Police checking. But I would recommend to have a very good knowledge about the road signs and rules before start to drive after reaching Sweden, because its entirely different from how we deal it in India.
