I called them Hurains, look human, but the only difference is that ears are a little bit sharp, have unique claws, a powerful sense of smell, and a better set of eyes great vision Stronger, faster, and more agile. Oh, and long life like a wyverian but age slow like a human. Just like a Dunedain from LOTR.

Maybe the wyverians are hybrid of human and elder dragons that will eventually turn back to dragon form to give birth (immediate birth or egg depends on species of elder dragons)

iirc, there are actually TWO species that both have mammary glands and lay eggs, the platypus and the Echidna, both part of the Monotremes. And more specifically, those are the only two KNOWN and EXTANT species that do so.
There are any number of other organisms pre-placental mammalian ancestry that likely did both as well, we just don't know for sure because defined and developed 'breasts' like humans have are relatively rare among mammals, and no form of mammary gland really leaves much evidence in the fossil record(best would be if we found impressions of nipples, but even that's super unlikely to find because of the combination of circumstances) And egg-laying doesn't leave a whole lot of evidence beyond the rare chance of the eggs themselves and iirc certain traits in the pubic bones of the organism.
It could even be that wyverians being a species both with apparent mammary glands as well as laying eggs is an example of convergent evolution; similar traits developing independently in multiple species to fill a similar niche.
Or it could be an example of mimicry, where a species develops a similar appearance to another species, usually for camoflage or to take advantage of that species doing its own thing. Like some species of snake that take a similar coloration to a highly venomous snake in that same area to ward off predators.
in that case, it'd likely be to either take advantage of other species fear of humans, or even to be able to co-mingle WITH humans and take advantage of human's highly social nature. For example, to aid in and take advantage of safety in numbers
