Is Flying a Drone in KL City Breaking The Law?

I thought I'd fly my little drone in KL City and dive into what the rules are regarding flying drones in the city. Also, I wanted to try flying the drone without being able to see it in my line of sight (which I found out later is against the drone laws in Malaysia).
I'm actually a composer for movies, television shows, video games, apps and commercials.
