Adding onto the comment about windows' built in screen recorder, I personally use OBS for basically all recording work. It's free, open source, and records everything with the exact same quality that you see it in (if not sometimes better).
please note that windows has a built in screen recorder in snipping tool (on windows 10 you might have to open the app from start menu, but on windows 11 the record option is there when you press shift+win+s). it has no watermark, lets you hide the menu bar from the recording while still showing it on your screen, and saves directly to cloud.
