    So basically your letting the medicine get in your lungs then once you take the Phillips out take a deep breath or you do it while your mouth is still on it?

    My inspiratory valve has an opening on one side and when I press down on my inhaler in the air, I can see that the medicine comes out of that opening in that valve. So when I have that up to my mouth and have my lips over it when I press down on the inhaler is the medicine already coming into my mouth before I'm even inhaling it if there is an opening on one side of that valve.

      When using an Optichamber, the medication goes into the "holding chamber" to allow you time to inhale the medication without the need for as much coordination. The chamber is designed to "hold" the medication so you will get the dosage you initiated when you begin to breath in.

    I wish for one with a mask big enough for an adult, it feels much better and efficient 😢

      Thanks for your comment. The size L mask is recommended for ages 5+ to adult, but we understand that this might not be the right size for you. We appreciate all feedback and will pass this on to the appropriate team.

    I need help with cleaning it. How does it come apart? Nothing happens when I pull gently on the white bottom part and I don't want to risk breaking it.

      @PhilipsHC  6 месяцев назад

      Hi, thanks for sharing your question with us. While it is technically possible to use the OptiChamber Diamond on your sleeping baby, it would be better they are given the medication while they are sitting upright. We hope this answers your question, feel free to message us again at any time.

      Before using the device on a child, we would like to add that your child's physician is always your best point of contact for any medical advice.
      Please consult them first if you use the nebulizer on your sleeping baby.

      I searched this video because it has a no sound sign at the end of the instructions on the device itself.
      Am I inhaling too quickly?
