All the best trowels I ever met were ex hoddies . I'm 65 , still laying like a good un . I came off the hod 45 years ago , why ? Because I was really hungry and WANTED to master the craft . I ain't knocking hoddies , I just didn't fancy carrying the monkey for the rest of my life . I havn't got a piece of paper , or any proof that I'm a bricklayer ... I let my tools and my skill do my talking for me . All the best . ☺
