- This is a full route visual / timelapse of TFL London Bus Route 140 from Harrow Weald Bus Garage to Heathrow Airport. The route is operated by Metroline from Harrow Weald Bus Garages using Volvo Wright Gemini 3 Hybrid Diesel Double Decker Buses. The 140 I think is in the top 20 of the most busiest routes in London and I can see why! This is my favourite route in London and it is one of the busiest. The drivers on the route are good and drive these VWHs to the limit, they are much faster than the 258’s and the 340’s from Harrow Weald to Harrow Bus Station, hence I avoid them and get the 140 or 182 instead. I have only been beaten once by a 258 in the last 2 years!

On the 7th of December, this route was cut back to Hayes and Harlington Station (7:55), with the introduction of the X140 from Harrow to Heathrow on the same date (ruclips.net/video/Cbu5q9s1LcA/видео.html).
Noooooo 140 is going to be cut back. I have only been on this route once and that was four months ago when I watched your visual and wanted to go on it.

I do thank GWR for Heathrow Connect because it makes it so easy to get there from Reading! I think trains go there from Reading...

Most people prefer speeded up ones. This route was 80minutes and no one has time to watch 80 minutes of a bus route right?
