For his moveset, Hwoarang has too much reach with each of his moves, and too much of an ability to propel foroward with those moves as well.
chill bro, hwoarang got nerf so bad. hee is weak character, he need more buff. at least make backleesh launch again. im not hwoarang main
And because of that he's become such a linear character, all those moves that propel foward u speak of can be sidestepped easily. That's why edge plays defensive
