Butter creaaaammmm... woooooo.. i love buttercreaaaammmm.. i dont know why nowadays people uses fresh cream.. its hard to find a buttercream swiss roll in malaysia.

The name of the recipe is Chantininho Power. Ingredients: 150 grams powdered milk (do you have Ninho powdered milk where you live?) 150 grams condensed milk 500ml heavy cream (very cold) 50 grams royal icing In the mixer on low speed, mix everything together until it reaches a thick consistency.
