- Welcome back to the channel if you have visited this channel before you'll know my least favourite pokemon is Bastiodon. I love nothing more than seeing this stupid brick wall get smashed to the ground.
However the last rocket even we saw the shadow version released so I guess its time to showcase the power of shadow Bastiodon unlike the regular version that hits like a complete wet noodle the shadow can actually output some damage whislt retaining its huge bulk.
why have 1 fast move pressure mon when you can have 2 team partner today will be Shadpw Dragonair with its oppressive fast move pressure and 2 good spammy 35 energy charge moves its now become a top meta threat.
rounding the team off, we have this season msot spoken about Pokemon shadow Poliwrath a mon that has had 3 buffs in recent months gaining access to counter on its community day . This, seaosn gaining access to Icy wind and scald getting buffed if you don't know by now the power of Poliwrath where have you been ?

Dnair 2 to no shield vs azu, and leaves it on minimal hp in the 2 to 1, it is also flippable with only 3 turns of energy or bad ivs on azu

I played my gbl sets today ans i tell you, last set was 5 YES FIVE back to back to back to back to back wallface leads, with medi in the back, i have no idea what kinda demonic shit that is but i want none of it.. each game almost went down to timer and i went with 3-0 losing to medi in the back twice 😅
Almost every set I run into the classic wallface, wiggly, victreebel team these days.

So glad you showcased this! I know Basti is hated for its ridiculous base stats but it does require skill and understanding to run a team like this with success and our boy Jose is the perfect example of this!! So many amazing and high level plays here 🫡

There’s a ridiculous amount of talented battlers at this elo right now. Not everyone plays every single set everyday.
I agree that sitting at 2400 at this point it the season is a good standard. Almost everyone in the elo range is a legend rank battler
