I love the illustration of God using CBS folks to film part of a show at these folks' house to give them money to give a pledge at your church, or for a ministry in your church! Must've been a clean show. If God has to, He can use the devil to give you your food. Of course, like I said, it was most likely a clean show they used that house for. PRAISE GOD!
No offense but I think 1 Corinthians 2:4 is taken out of context. “My message and my preaching were not with wise and persuasive words, but with a demonstration of the Spirit’s power, so that your faith might not rest on human wisdom, but on God’s power.” 1 Corinthians 2:4-5 NIV Read the whole text. It’s clearly speaking on how Gods Spirit reveals wisdom to people so that a ‘man of wisdom’ doesn’t get the glory. It’s not talking about signs and wonders. (Casting out demons, speaking in tongues etc)
