- One of my favorite districts. Vauban in Freiburg. Cars in parkings, space to meet and to play, biodiversity and a beautiful ecological water system. started in 1993. 5000 People, 600 jobs. Why don't I know more of these neighborhoods?

Great! And good question; I'd also like to know more of these neighbourhoods. Actually, I'd like to see all cities develop in a sustainable way. I guess it will happen, but it might take a while.. unfortunately. Great Vauban is being a good example! :)

Ok, that's great! I was just thinking Germany is a lot more progressive than the Netherlands (I live in Amsterdam btw), would be great if Holland would have a sustainable neighborhood/city too. Hopefully more cities will follow.. :)
