  • HUMBA ( braised meat) is a filipino braised dish & well known for Bisayan People & Visayan Region.
    Ingredients:
    Lamb meat 400 to 500 grms
    pineapple half cup
    brown sugar 3 tbsp.
    garlic 3 to 4 cloves (crushed)
    soy sauce 5 tbsp.
    vinegar 4 tbsp.
    water 500 to 800 ml
    pepper to taste
    salt 3 tsp.
    laurel leaves 2 pcs.
    asusina (optional)
    oil 4 to 5 tbsp. (optional)

    Sis,sarap nang humba mo.mao na ako paborito sa cebu pa ko.sarap rin version mo.ang galing.
