In this video, you’ll discover the features and benefits of the First Team RollaJam portable and adjustable basketball goal. It’s ideal for a recreational basketball court, private home or any location where you may need to move it from time to time. This portable basketball goal can be adjusted and relocated by a single person, adding to its convenience as a home basketball goal.
To move the RollaJam basketball goal:
1. Activate the post actuator, located on the base unit.
2. Flip the finger lever up or down to ratchet the post upward or downward.
Lowering the post serves to lower the front caster wheels onto the ground so the unit can be easily rolled and moved.
3. Move the RollaJam to the desired location.
4. Lift the lever up and then raise the post back up to a vertical position to begin play.
For storage, continue to crank the post actuator to bring the vertical post further back so it can be laid down horizontally. When this is done, the unit is in its full storage position.
To adjust the height of the unit, turn the crank handle on the back of the unit. The RollaJam goal adjusts from the regulation height of 10 feet down to 7 feet. The rim height indicator on the back of the crank shows the current height of the rim as you crank it up and down. Extension springs mounted in the extension arm assembly counterbalances the backboard and the rim so it’s easier to operate the crank.
The two individual ballast boxes on the back of the unit hold 240 pounds of ballast. This makes the goal extremely stable so it won’t blow over in the wind. Each RollaJam package includes a breakaway flex goal and a net.
