You need to call BBB and hopefully they will give you the number to the facility that gives the dealership there license to operate! They told me to just give them my name and I should not have any more problems I said who are you? He said just give them my name and by golly I received several perks and no issues!

Akilah, snap out of it! Shit happens and we don’t always know why. Van could’ve broken down to keep you from being in a crazier situation. Be thankful for what you have now. The van will be fixed, you have a place to stay, and people who care. You’re blessed and things will work out. I was showing my raw emotions, yes I have bounce back and it took more than snapping out it that shit broke me. Things have turned around and I have grown from this situation nothing not even if I lose the van it will not bring me down. But I had to feel my feeling. New video coming out soon!

How hard will it be to just exchange it for another vehicle and give you a loner while they take care of the mess they caused. So messed up. Maybe you should contact a local news station to see what they can do. Things will get better.

Can’t you find out about the lemon law in that state? If they can’t fix the car in a certain amount of time the dealership have to give you a new van.
I did the dealership stop taking my calls. Ford was denying my lemon case. I would have had to get an attorney. It would have gotten messy..smh
