I would go with the size that would fit your usual weight especially if you plan on dropping the extra pounds, at 205 L will fit you like it fit me in the video but at 187 I’d probably suggest a M. it’s up to you to figure out what weight you plan on going back to and then pick accordingly but I’d probably say L

I would definitely try, you wanna pre treat it with oxiclean spray, rub the area that has the stain and let it chill for like a day and then right before your next wash, apply more oxiclean. Usually gets any type of stain out for me
