Agreed, but it also would have been better if Adrien was the one to have this moment, this is like if instead of Luke or Leia being the one to confront Vader, it's Han, it takes something away from the story when it's not the hero the villian is related to that has that moment, but the best friend/love intrest of the hero, yes I realize Marinette is a hero, but she's not actually related to Hawkmoth, this is actually one of the things the movie does better than the Series, yeah Adrien doesn't have this big blow up at Gabriel like Marinette did in this Video, but it still felt earned. Also she totally steals Peter's line that he said to Doc Ock at the end of the first Insomniac Spider-Man game.JK
