The journalist unfortunately passed away last november due to sudden heart failure. He was really appreciated as a music reviewer here in Slovakia. Great interview, though. Peter's an icon.
That is sad, he did a fantastic interview. I'll have to find some of his other music reviews.
how sad, he comes across as a really nice bloke in this!
That's sad. I was just thinking that this is best interview of Pete Doherty I've seen. He asks interesting questions, more about the music than the same old drug questions.
R.I.P.
Peter is an amazing person. The interview guy knows how to get the most out of Peter. I so happy for him that he is living a clean life now and still looks so happy.
Peter Doherty. The friendliest Rockstar in history.
With the dirtiest hands
@@mattiemclean9882 Matters not a jot. As he's proven for years on end. But I do take your point!😉
He sure is sweet.x
Probably because he isn’t a “rockstar”
This is one of my favorite Pete Doherty interviews, natural and great conversation and mutual respect between the interviewer and Pete. It's very sad that the interviewer passed away!
This is probably one of the best Peter interviews I've seen. Genuine conversation and rapport, no Wikipedia notes. Good stuff, a job well done
Agreed. I'd just watched this terrible Pat Kenny interview (ruclips.net/video/eNNRvqhKYOs/видео.html) which was the direct opposite of this incredibly refreshing and insightful one.
i love how pete doherty asks about the journalists life and career. not many musicians that famous would do that
I felt the same way. He seems like such a sweet guy.
I liked this interview and the journalist, I think he did a wonderful job at keeping the conversation going and also being respectful. Well done!
This interviewer is bloody brilliant, and considering it's not his native tongue, what an excellent job, and he's a decent bloke. He puts the snobby, and hypocritical, judgemental, half-witted British journalist to shame...Great interview.
Absolutely. Intelligent questions, produced insight but just felt like a natural conversation. Thoroughly enjoyed watching this.
The way in which He'd enjoyed his meal looked delightful
thought the same thing. He eats with grace which is not what I expected. Proper knife fork etiquette
I don't care what anyone's thinks about him, I love Pete Doherty. Such a talented human being. I just hope and pray he finds peace within himself. Love you Pete Doherty.
Very sad that Juraj Kušnierik passed away. Is a very nice interview.
Pete was such a gentleman here .
great interviewer
I liked watching him eat LOL
Ich fühle mich schon lange Deiner Altersgruppe zugehörig und mit Euch auf Augenhöhe.
Bei denen, die älter sind, fühle ich mich wie ein Kind.
My fuckin' hero
I went to that bar, first night in Bratislava. Fucking wonderful city.
Great interview!
❤
cutest human being
Top 5 all time 1) Layne Staley 2) Lil Peep 3) Juice Wrld 4) Kurt Cobain 5) Pete Doherty my top 5 and I listen to lyrics in music so my top 5 is always based on how i relate to lyrics
I feel like Pete only agreed to this interview on the basis of getting a free meal 😂
Why isn't the interviewer eating? tehe
Great interview
I think Pete SHould study and read some books on Buddhism...

In French please✌️🇫🇷🖤🚬
I wish the interviewer would have stopped the 'hmmhmm' stuff. What is that on the back of Pete's rather swollen looking left hand?..are they track marks? People onlu usually start using the back of their hand when the veins in their arms are fucked.
+elijah pink The mhm stuff is kind of habit for some people here in Slovakia and it is genuinely meant as an act of politeness, to show the interest in what the other one is saying. I don't know what kind of impression it gives to the British, maybe not exactly the same.
Marek Snopek-oh, o.k..It shows different cultural 'cues' I suppose. In England it's kind of seen as showing the other personal isn't being sincere, or even rude. Especially in an interview situation. It distracts slightly is all. It was a good interview though. Thank you for the insight. Most people on here just start an argument or reply with abuse :-)
+elijah pink Of course, also here it can be viewed as quite distractive, not all really like it, but everyone tolerates this habit for they know it is well-intended. You're welcome =) Understanding is the only way people can move further, that is my motto =)
Marek Snopek exactly - we all learn from one and another right ! . Cheers mate.
***** I don't really give a fuck to be honest. Was just curious at the time.
Pete Doherty LOVES talking about himself. When the interviewer weas speaking of his days behind "The Iron Curtie"-, he has nothing to say. Its like he never heard of it. I would of asked 100 questions.!!!
Yeah I’m calling bullshit, Pete was eating. Before that, Pete actually asked him personal questions which is pretty rare for a musician to give a fuck enough to bother.
Sex pistols now where talking! Leave the beatles and the clash out of it 😉
Lol no
lol hes pissed up
Figured he always is lol
Peter doherty is the best
