Wow - what a cute puppy! Congratulations and good luck! Also did I spy an engagement ring? If so - Congratulations on that too!! I learned a trick from Jennifer McGuire about layering stamps/die cuts where you line up all three layers in Misti and stamp all at once then shift and stamp with different color. It works with 3 layers and smaller type stamps.
You have great tips/hacks (my favorite was using the Misti for the background cling stamp; okay, and using the acetate) AND you have the sweetest voice! This 75-year-old grandma is a real fan!
Fave hack: blending on the stamp itself. Very slightly different hack I use to line up sentiments: use a gridded acetate sheet since I don’t trust my eyes, and place the card underneath it. Most unfair part of video: not telling us about your puppy and not enough puppy pics! Congrats on the new and most adorable family member!
My hack is for organization. I had stacks of 6x6 papers and could not keep sets together or easily find which sets I wanted. I took file folders and cut them down to about 6-1/2” wide (or half a folder) by 7 or 8” high. Each mini folder gets one paper set and all the folders go into a box where they stand upright. Now finding the set I want is easy-peasy.
I use a die to cut out the center of papers I like so that I won't waste the whole piece. I might use a decorative edge die and that piece can be the focal point on a card. The background stamp reversed in the Misti is a good idea. Love your puppy! What a cutie!
The use of the blending brush for no harsh line was grest. Thank you . I cut sentiments out of the center of the expensive card stock to get use of it all . Congrats on puppy and your engagement
Hard to pick a favorite because they were all great but I would say the hack for lining up die cuts really makes me happy. Thanks so much for sharing your expertise so that we can have more professional looking cards. So grateful.
Miss Loni is precious! On the hack that you did to save your expensive paper; if you have nesting die sets you can use those to cut out your frames too. Instead of measuring on your trimmer ( I'd screw that up). Also you could use left over strips
I loved the die-cutting template! Congrats on being a puppy parent. May you have many years of fun, joy and laughter that comes from your beautiful, new best friend!
I use all of these but the cling stamp one, cuz i don't own any. Some more hacks: put glue on a diecut, then blot it on scrap which avoids blopping. The blending tip works with a qtip too. Miss Loni is adorable
My favorite hack is blending the ink when doing multi colored stamping. Another one that I just recently saw from Delaney Jane Cards is to stamp the “wrong side” of a stamp with a light ink, then stamp the “correct” side of the stamp directly on top with a darker ink for a sort of layered stamp look .
My favorite is Miss Loni, she is Beautiful. I loved all your tips and some I have used before such as lining up the die by making a frame to set it in as well as cutting out the centers, especially on glitter paper. However , putting the background stamp in the Misty and cardstock on the door is a FANTASTIC idea, I have ruined so many cards from the heavy stamp falling off. Duh, so simple and yet , I couldn’t think of it. I need to go outside of the box more often so I don’t go, “Duh! Why didn’t I think 🤔 of that”!!! Thank you 😊 2nd is the multi stamping and using the blending brush to avoid harsh lines and 3rd is using acetate over the cardstock to make sure the sentiment is lined up. I love your videos, you speak so clearly and you explain why you do something the way you do. Thank you for sharing!!
I want to try the die cutting hack. I loved the idea of putting the paper on the door of the Misti too, but I usually use the copy paper technique. Lining up the dies is my issue...so I'm going to try that one. Love Miss Loni....she's adorable....and I'm excited you have a new addition to your home.
Why have I never thought of using acetate to line up sentiments? Thank you. Obviously the best bit of all was Miss Loni - she’s going to steal your show!
You just addressed my issues....amazing. This is brilliant!! I'm certain you had to hear me screaming that at you !!!! The tip on the large stamps is just beyond great. I can use my stamps now. And, hopefully my die cutting gets better!!
Nice tips Justine...and adorable puppy. I have a couple of variations...for the last tip where you did a sort of ombre stamping, instead of a sponge (which costs money) I simply crumple up a paper towel and dab to remove the harsh edges. Works fine! Also for the frame you cut in the glittered card stock, I use a rectangle die to cut a frame. Then I use the next smaller die to cut a rectangle out of scrap card stock (or more likely, some piece card stock I screwed up and is useless). I glue that smaller rectangle inside my pretty glittered frame and then add my top layer. That way, if the card goes through the mail it won't get pushed down in the center and show a line where my frame ends. Hope that makes sense!
I use a square die to cut out the center of the glitter or foil paper. It's easier for me then using the trimmer. My favorite back was stamping on the acetate first
I will often die cut the sentiment out of the middle of the glitter card stock. I like your idea, too, of cutting out a big rectangle. The first hack for background stamps was my favorite.
All of your hacks are good ones. I liked the first one about using large background stamps. I don't have temp adhesive, but I have purple tape and will give that a try. Cute puppy!
Thanks, Justine! My favorite (after that adorable puppy face--welcome, Miss Loni!) is the tip about cutting out the mat to avoid waste and stretch the use of that paper.
Dear Justine thank you what i liked the most was using a blending sponge to blend the ink. I always stamp on a piece of scrap paper before stamping it on the card stock.
If you want a VERY narrow edge (like 1/4 inch or less) border around your card, use a ruler and marker to color an edge on rather than layering. It keeps the card thin for mailing, and saves money on cardstock. Obviously works for colors of ink you have, and that are darker than the card base.
I love the hack with the background stamp at the beginning of your video. I like the way you showed how to do it if you dont have a misti platform. Like me! Lol
Great tips! Thanks. To add to the tip about straight sentiments, you can stamp on the acetate, then tilt the card underneath until the sentiment is lined up straight and stamp without ever having to remove or realign the stamp.
I liked how you save special paper by cutting a frame. I just didn’t use my special paper- now I can without wasting it! Oh my gosh, your puppy is adorable!
All these are great hacks!! I think using low tack tape to the back of the cardstock and doing a "reverse" stamping is one that is going to help me the most. Thank you!!
Stamping sentiments on acetate was a great idea. Hate crooked words! Sometimes on stamps that fall off my Misti, I will put the paper down and hold it with magnets, close the cardstock platform over onto the stamp. The card stock is on the top and the stamp is on the bottom. Hope that makes sense.
Great tips, thanks! And congrats on you puppy! I also got a puppy about 2.5 months ago... and then decided to also adopt his sister, so now have 4 dogs in the house, lol. Wishing you some better sleep tonight. ;-)
I like the acetate technique, I will try that. BTW cutting the middle out of a mat to save card is called ‘Gutting’. I have been doing it for about 15 years now. You save a lot of expensive card that way. Thanks for the tips 😊
Miss Loni is a cutie! I use the idea where you made the frame to line the die with the stamped image, but have never cut it to remove it. I have no idea why I have never done this. I like it, so will definitely try this.
I liked the die cut hack. Something I like to do is I use my Score Pal to get the layering piece adhered to my card base straight. Place your base into the edge of the score pal then the layering piece.
The diecutting hack was my favorite. I always have that trouble of lining up. For your cardstock hack a shaped die is also a great way to cut out that space.
You can also use a brother scan and cut instead of buying the dies altogether. All you need to do is stamp, color the stamped image then use a brother scan and cut to scan the image and them cut it out. You can even leave a white border around it if you wish.
First of all, Miss Loni is a sweetheart! And, all of these tips are helpful, I especially like the ones about BG stamps on the MISTI, and the good paper as a frame behind another layer so some can be saved! TFS, Justine! ❤️
All of your hacks are great. One of my favorite hacks is to use acetate to stamp an image onto when trying to see the best location on my card for the image. Such as with a word or phrase, I can move the image around the card to find the perfect spot to stamp it.
LOVE the tip of cutting a frame out of the expensive cardstock!!! That never would have even crossed my mind of doing that! Thanks a TON!!!!
Yes!! Totally awesome tip!
Thanks much telling us about Riley & Company- love the humor. Enjoy your videos..
Wow - what a cute puppy! Congratulations and good luck! Also did I spy an engagement ring? If so - Congratulations on that too!! That is an engagement ring, yes. Thanks for the well wishes! I love all the tips I see out there in the crafty world!
You have great tips/hacks (my favorite was using the Misti for the background cling stamp; okay, and using the acetate) AND you have the sweetest voice! This 75-year-old grandma is a real fan!
Aww, the puppy is adorable!
Wow! Liked the back ground stamp hack, but especially a way not to waste my paper when layering! Thank you so much. Love the pup, too!
Paper saver and inserting large background into the misty were favorites.

Love the acetate sheet hack! And Loni is ADORABLE 😍
Loni is gorgeous....and thank you for sharing !🙂🙏🏻

Puppy is adorable- like the acetate hacks
The use of the blending brush for no harsh line was grest. Thank you . I cut sentiments out of the center of the expensive card stock to get use of it all . Congrats on puppy and your engagement
Hard to pick a favorite because they were all great but I would say the hack for lining up die cuts really makes me happy. Thanks so much for sharing your expertise so that we can have more professional looking cards. So grateful.
The last blend technique for sure!

Loni is just precious, and congrats on the engagement! My favorite hack was the last one with the blending of the ink.
Thanks!!

She’s a Landseer. I’m sure she will ve

I loved both the hack for the background stamp in the Misti and the getting the die cut placed correctly. Great ideas, thanks!
Thank you for sharing your hacks. Especially liked the glitter paper frame hack. Your puppy is beautiful, create happy memories.
I enjoyed all the tips. But the one thing that stood out was..........How beautiful you are. Hugs and Prayers
Thank you! That’s so nice
My favorite hack is lining up the die. Thanks for the great tips.
Adorable puppy!! Enjoy her and all her puppy ways! Thank you for the video with the great ideas--
Great hacks! Many thanks! And welcome home Miss Loni ♥️🏠♥️……And JustinE, you’re perfect just the way you are ♥️🥰♥️
I use all of these but the cling stamp one, cuz i don't own any. Some more hacks: put glue on a diecut, then blot it on scrap which avoids blopping.
The blending tip works with a qtip too.
Miss Loni is adorable
I spy something sparkly!!!!!! Congratulations!!! It's beautiful, as is the 🐶! !!
I think the ink blending was my favorite hack. TFS
I love the acetate solution to getting the perfect sentiment aligned! You have taught me so much!
love the frame tip and not wasting the paper! TFS it all😊
I like the cutting out the center of the glitter cardstock!
Thanks Justine! I loved all the hacks, the coordinating die cut template will really help me. Also loved Gerry’s vid. You two are a dynamic duo!
I love the tip with the background stamp. You can also use a brayer to get a good impression if you don’t have a MISTI 😃
Jen Chapin Exactly, or a Speedball Baren, which glides evenly over the entire stamped paper.
My favorite was the last hack to blend the inks. And, Miss. Loni is adorable! Her coat looks so soft.
Love the Misty stamping idea for large stamps. Very helpful information 👍
My favorite hack is blending the ink when doing multi colored stamping. Thanks so much Linda! Miss Loni has grown so big since this video :)
Thanks for sharing those tips! Nice to see your puppy, too!
Love the frame technique to cut the stamped image with the die (and saving the frame in the storage envelope!)
Your new puppy is adorable.
I like the one with the die, thank you Justine.
I really loved the background stamp hack. You showed us how to get better use of my Misti. Thank you.
Why have I never thought of using acetate to line up sentiments? Thank you. Obviously the best bit of all was
Miss Loni - she’s going to steal your show!
You just addressed my issues....amazing. This is brilliant!! I'm certain you had to hear me screaming that at you !!!! The tip on the large stamps is just beyond great. I can use my stamps now. And, hopefully my die cutting gets better!!
Miss Loni is precious! I love the blending on the stamp tip! The background stamp tip was the BEST!
I love the blending when stamping.
Thanks Justine. Another great video. I especially loved the tips for stamping with the large background stamps. Thanks so much. 😊😊
The frame idea is golden! Thank you so much.
OMG! You taught me soooo much. I love ALL 5 hacks. Now I'm going to watch your Part I tutorial. Thanks again.
My favorite was using a frame to line up the dies. I love your channel!! Keep the videos coming.

Or rectangular.
I like to call it 'frankensteining"
I will often die cut the sentiment out of the middle of the glitter card stock. I like your idea, too, of cutting out a big rectangle. The first hack for background stamps was my favorite.

TY -your pup is adorable
Congrats on your new puppy! Loved the techniques you shared.
My favorite was using a background stamp in the Misti with the cardstock on the lid. Makes so much sense but I never thought of it. Thanks!
I agree. It was definitely a " why didn't I think of that " moments.
Me, too!
Loved the last hack about using the ink blender!
Fabulous ideas, loved the stamping with background and the die cut tips.
Thanks, Justine! My favorite (after that adorable puppy face--welcome, Miss Loni!) is the tip about cutting out the mat to avoid waste and stretch the use of that paper.
I love the last hack, but all of them were great!
My fav hack is to stamp into acetate to check placement. Also, your puppy is soooo cute!🌷🌷
Dear Justine

That would also work!
I do this a lot when stamping the same stamp multiple times on the same paper.
Beautiful new left hand ring!!
I liked how you save special paper by cutting a frame. I just didn’t use my special paper- now I can without wasting it! Oh my gosh, your puppy is adorable!

My favourite hack using your large stamp great way I have never thought of that .
Great tips Justine. Love the die cutting one especially!!!
Liked them all. The frame for saving paper was good. TFS
I love using the blending tool to blend the ink on the stamp!!

Loni is adorable! 💕💕💕💕
They all were great.....saving on expensive Cardstock was # 1
First of all, Miss Loni is a sweetheart! And, all of these tips are helpful, I especially like the ones about BG stamps on the MISTI, and the good paper as a frame behind another layer so some can be saved! TFS, Justine! ❤️
Love the blending pad technique
I loved the tip for multi stamping colors

Lining up the die!!, great hacks for every tip you did
