Hey Stew, Thanks for all these videos, they have been incredibly helpful for me and I really appreciate it!
One question though - can you do a video covering how to deal with anxiety, excessive worry, fear, etc? In your line of work, there are lots of real dangers (e.g. real life combat) but also lots of things that can cause anxiety/excessive worry but aren't truly particularly dangerous (e.g. will I pass my test, what if I don't make it, etc). Are there any tips to handle those situations better and to quiet the anxious mind and get on with the job? Thanks!

That is a great topic. I've been strugling to get over the same troubles and i tried meditation but after a while i felt bored, so i think i finally found something easy and that works great for me. Natural stress relief, simple and easy. No special requirements needed, i can do it anywhere and anytime.

I am not an expert on the topic but maybe I can find one.

Shifts are part of my line of work and from my personal experience, first ting i do is to adjust my sleep, then my meals and then workout. All depends on the number of hours per shifts too and for how long. To tell you the truth, i'm more disciplined while working shifts. I had jobs where i had four hours between shits and still manged to have a good rest and still working out,.But Stew has a point the meals make a huge difference, i really ate more than the usual.
