Does a PR need a license to sell RE if they are quit claiming the deed to a family member in a No Will situation?

Hello. I just saw this question. The short answer is yes, you will need court authorization to sell the real estate.

This information just tortures my soul. Work your whole life for something, but you still have to ask other men for the privilege, and pay them annually.

Hi James: Thank you for watching, please be sure to subscribe. If you have a question, happy to answer. The short comment is that a "Personal Representative" is what was once termed "Executor(rix)" of an estate. This person
may or may not be paid depending upon what is written in the Will.
