I feel like Wendy has deffinatly had the most development out of all the characters in FT. Erza, close second. But Wendy started out as a small girl who was clumzy, and turned into a less small woman, with a fire in her eyes. I mean she even can control DF, which Natsu can't quite do yet (nor anyother DS) Is it just me or is Carla legit just that mother that always scolds her kid, but in the end shes very proud.
