for what it's worth, pretty much every formation on this list you can win a LOT of games with if you're good at Madden! but, there's still levels to what formations are better/worse than others
As a guy who uses the Jets playbook, totally agree.... trips TE offset and bunch strong offset are my main two formations that i audible around back and forth (trying to go by your mantra of just getting good at a few plays - been working for me so far).
SB Bunch X Nasty would be Pro Level if one of the pros gave it a chance. As long as you have HRM, you can bomb all shells from either side. If we could start the year with HRM, I'd run it year round.
I’ve gone away from tight slots wk a few times this year but I just can’t stay away. Bengals actually has a decent Trey Y flex too so pairing those with bunch offset and bunch strong can be deadly
It’s weird, I tried the same route combos in Trips Te offset and Trey y flex. I noticed routes don’t run the same at all. Both have pa crossers but for whatever reason trips te offset crosser just smokes man while the Trey y flex one has like a hitch in it making the crosser get bagged.

Man doesn't know about Empty Trey Stack for real 😭😭 3 plays can win you a game in that formation with the right setups. Antcap almost beat dubby running it also.
just keep in mind the scale we're grading on a lot of the formations above it have won thousands of dollars this year (some of em 100K+) empty trey stack almost beating someone notable in a game doesn't = it being good in this context for what it's worth though, pretty much any formation on this list you could win a lot of games with if you're decent at the game
@CivilPremium more so that antcap is one of the best minds in madden and created the scheme to be viable. I've used it through the year and when ran with the knowledge of the game and how defense can react, it's tough to stop. I'm saying if it got attention from other top players, it'd been a comp scheme 1000%
100% - every formation on this list can be viable though and could win a lot of games, there's just tiers inside of them with some being better/worse than others. you totally can win a lot of games if you're good in 5 wide / empty trey stack!

Also TE short corner in trips te offset vs long goofy TE corner in Trey y flex which ruins the Verticals play

none of em are really too good unfortunately. they get caught in this area of "not that good at running, not that good at passing"

5:31 strong close has a good post cover 3 beater and that reverse works pretty good but that’s really it.
