Lore for Monarch W: When Zalgo and Slenderman fought one another, Zalgo lost a piece of himself when badly damaged. That said dismembered part grew to be its own entity, it became independent from Zalgo with its own sentience. It traveled across universes looking for a host and causing destruction for fun, he managed to take over Wout Weghorst a Dutch footballer. Once he manages to latch onto a host he basically is free to do whatever he wants, he has the ability to bend reality to his will and freeze time if he wants to, a level above gods or any strong than that. But he is aware of it so he holds back for most of the time, since it would be too easy and he wants some thrill in his life. He uses Weghorst’s body to communicate with other people and cause trouble for them regardless of what they are, just for the sake of fun and some chaos and he knows full well that he can get away with it…nor is there anyone capable of stopping him. He named himself Monarch W because of his unbeaten streak, thinking himself as a winning machine and can get away with anything without consequences. Which is what leads to him meeting Sash Lilac from Freedom Planet who wants to put an end to his chaotic nature because it could endanger everyone in her home of Avalice.
