Lovely work Edd and Anna, as usual! Some helpful suggestions for spray painting from a can: place item upright inside a large cardboard box - with one side of box removed to create a spray room. This reduces spray waste, wind effect, or accidentally spraying other things around. Shake spray can for a full minute. Hold can in upright position when spraying, it's the most efficient use of the aerosol gas, gives even spray flow and reduces dribbles and clogging the nozzle. ☺
Large two door refrigerator boxes make great spray booths, use inside or outdoors, strong floor, accommodates larger pieces, and you can install a light bulb, suspend items from the top. A lazy-susan on a table can come in handy too.

The furniture you propose to paint is absolutely beautiful as it is and would lend a brilliant touch of the past in the kitchen. Rubbing a little wood oil would clean it up and reveal the fine wood finish.

FYI there is a tool that I use when spray painting that fits over the top of the spray can so you don't have to use your finger to hold down the button. It turns the spray can into more of a trigger type spray and is much easier on your hands. On amazon it's called a spray trigger handle. It will truly make your job easier. Also, if you don't constantly hold down the button but spray in waves, it makes for a smoother paint job and the aerosol in your paint can lasts longer. I was really quite apprehensive that you were going to spray paint those beautiful tablets but they really do look great...like marble. Good job. Really enjoying your channel. Glad I found you.

The wall hangings were gorgeous hanging on the walls and the music went along well. Can hardly wait to see how the painted antique furniture going in the kitchen will look after Anna is done with it. Always so hard to get rid of stuff because you never know how stuff can be used later on. I am always amazed how you and Anna can see the whole picture of what something is going to look like down the road and not just bits and parts like some people see.

My people were castellans. It was our job to conserve, file, restore, reuse, upcycle, repurpose. Consequently, we seldom moved items on, unless they could be sold, burned, or composted. 😂 They’re not useful unless they’re easily retrievable. I’ve found that putting parts of things in a parts box or parts area allowed us to avoid a “junk area,” as long as we went through it regularly enough to pile up. My friends used to laugh until they saw that I had repair materials all ready so they didn’t have to go to the store and slog through a shopping list. 🎉
I am usually not a fan of painting old wood furniture. However, in this case I think it is a brilliant idea for a Kitchen. It would look almost like a custom install. Can't wait to see what it looks like. Nice to see the paintings and prints put in place. You both have great taste. It's fun to see what you do with your found items. Of course it's hard to toss things, because what you have saved and bought are all special items.

Very brave. I think very slight antiquing in dark umber or gold on those three would really add to it. I also feel the frames should be gold, silver, or black, or even wood stain so that you have some contrast. Great job on everything.

Keep them simple. As is works.
I like the idea of just a slight contrast as well. Running a rag over it lightly with a slight umber just to highlight the details.
