Nice work.
Excellent work as always, Xavier!
Thanks man!
@@NavalNews You're most welcome, what's the next big tradeshow you're headed to?
The SubSea craft ...is absolutely amazing!.
That Subsea Craft Victa is a very interesting piece of kit.
I predicted the design n development of Stealth missiles 10 years ago and MBDA has made it a reality. I love MBDA. Respects from India.
Check out the US AGM-129 it was very advanced for its time.
Interim weapons seem like where competitions really shine. Existing weapons that you can compare and there shouldn't be any later price increases.
@Joshua Ngau Ajang I think that's the idea, long term we would develop our own missile. The MBDA bit was more for that I think, though it seems ours and Frances thinking is a bit apart at the moment.
Merci Xavier!
I don't know why but the idea of a trade fair showcasing how innovative and efficiently they are able to kill each other amuses me.
Wunderbar
I never thought a missile could be sexy. The LARASM reminds me of the Chevy Corvette
But she had a explosiv Sexappeal.
NSM one of missile Royal Malaysia Navy have in listing for new ship Gowind LCS

Bem criativos😁!
É bom que as empresa vendem seus produtos mas nestas expo de armamentos podem ter chineses e russos apreciando as novidades na expo tirando fotos e obtendo informações e levando para seus paises de origem entregando informações para os engenheiros e militares destes paises.
I so want a 40kts!
Gotta admit it is kinda funny how Lockheed and Northrop are usually 5 to 10 years ahead of everyone else. Storm Shadow/SCALP is a carbon copy of LRASM/JASM from the late 90s. Tyranis is basically an x45 just 15 years later. I will say though that the Norwegians and Brits are starting to develop some great missiles. Big fan of MBDA Metor and Lindberg NSM/JSM. Wonder what Lockheed really has cooking in the black project world. Guess we will find out in 10 years what they were working on in the early 2010s lol
The timelines for Storm Shadow/SCALP and JASSM are very simillar.
JASSM - Project began in 1995, Lockheed Martin awarded contract 1998
SS/SCALP - BAE design chosen 1996, awarded contract 1997
LRASM is a different type of missile for a different role.
If you're interested in new missile designs have a look at Brimstone 3 and MBDA's Spear missile which is similar to the American "Stormbreaker" Small diameter bomb
As always, France and UK disagree.
Thunderbird's had one of these boats in the 60"s and also stingray.
รุ่นนี้ติดตั้งบน JAS 39E ไดไหมครับ
And there peer potential enemies are at least a Generation ahead.
Indian mh-60r is getting it.
That shark looking thing I bet won't work to well . For one reason sharks do not have shiny skin or dont move stiffly lol like a dam robot lol
Wow
The Raytheon salesperson is not very well spoken. I would expect better language skills from such a company.
I suppose if he can go over the technicalities in detail that might be why.
Where is the railgun
The best of the best It’s make in Texas USA 🇺🇸
With so many different anti ship missiles to choose from, if a nation can afford it, and its navy hasn't got it, it'd be easier to just put all their names in a big hat, and pull out the one to purchase. 😉
Dealers of Death
Supply and demand. Militaries have to use weapons, the weapons merchants make it happen. It is the way things have been since the dawn of time and will be for the considerable future.
i bet 100 years from now we would have space weapons exhibitions on Mars
2 mins to submerge? Uboats could crash dive faster than that... hope the other guy doesn’t have helicopters... oh wait.
