I used to go home running after school bell just to watch these songs on MTV select... Mtv most wanted.. Gone are those beautiful days.... I feel 90's was the ear we actually lived.... Someone, bring back the 90's!!! As i grow older, the more I feel nostalgic about those days. How uncomplicated and simple life was back then. Only a few channels on TV and we were satisfied. MTV was rage, with these wonderful musical melodies playing... Indipop was all about these peppy numbers, some great ones too! Precious precious memories! I used to love Instant Karma...still do!! :)

I remember, the film connoisseurs kind used to dig this advertising aesthetics that Indian advertising, and the indie music videos ushered in, which resulted in some of the stunning looking images, and shot making that we could feast our eyes on. This particular song was shot sometime in the 90's, somewhere in Goa. And at that time, the camera and the equipment were not that much sophisticated compared to today's ones. Yet, the composition, the color palette, the overall imagery stand out. Even today, so long after, this one feels so fresh, so vivid, so edgy, yet so beautiful. That's some real talent there. Some of the best cinematographers of the times used to work on these music videos. Kudos to them. So much to learn!
