My problem with turns is that I have trouble twisting my body enough to do a left 3 turn, be it forward or backward, and my free leg is not quite in the right position. Can you make a video with on or off ice exercises for these issues?

Thank you for sharing your challenge! Twisting your body and positioning your free leg correctly are key elements for clean turns, and I’d love to help. I’ll definitely consider making a video with on-ice and off-ice exercises to specifically address body rotation and free leg positioning for left 3-turns. Stay tuned!

Hello! I struggle with doing waltz jumps. Can you help with this? Thank you!

Here’s a possible response you could use:
Hi! I’d be happy to help with your Waltz jump. Start by focusing on your outside edges and forward outside three-turns for more stable take off and landing. Try practicing the jump off the ice first to get comfortable with the motion. I have a video coming soon with off ice exercises so stay tuned! For more detailed corrections, feel free to email me your Waltz jump video. 🙂
