Great video to show what comes in the box and how to put wire in the welder. Thanks for that. You did not explain how to attached the cables in the front of the welder. There are three plugs up front, what goes where?
I’m a beginner and only caught that because I watched a different video… I have the same welder shown in the video, it’s disappointing that was misleading, especially since this is a YesWelder video.
Really need a video to go over the settings. The instructions that come with machine are lacking at best. Like the Instructions say to use the knob to pick your material thickness when in synergic mode but near as I can tell it does not give you material thicknesses to choose from??? It does move the wire speed and voltage as you adjust the knob but it defeats the purpose of adjusting on the fly between thicknesses if you need to reference the weld chart to get right setting anyhow🤔. I just got this welder and gonna see if I can figure it out but the lack of instructions either written or in a video is curious.
I agree. the instructions are horrible and that's being kind. They need something that better explains the settings. I have all kinds of letters and numbers flashing at me and have no idea what they mean.

My instructions has the polarity of the cables reverse of how you described. Are they different between the 205DS and the 205DS-B?

Kinda confused on your explanation of the drive roller labeling. The rollers that came with mine match the side they are labeled.
Mine too. 0.9 is fatter groove than 0.8 and is labeled on the side it belongs to
