you can destroy the oil tanker directly to your left when you enter the hanger on the last contract mission and then jump over it to skip killing most of those guys

Some comments and hints:
About Cayo Perico: if you are in this situation with loot at the air field, my advice will be to use the Velum if you have disguises - - the setup mission is easier, especially if you don't own a Phantom Wedge - or the Longfin BUT with North Dock as entrance point - it's quicker because you don't have to cross the airfield on foot.
About the contract: when you go to your agency, check the security contracts that are available, and if there is one with Speciality+, do it, it will pay more and you need to do 201 of these contracts to reach the maximum daily income from the agency. So the sooner you do this, the better.
About the setup in the studio: always check your map because new enemies may spawn inside secret rooms and attack you in your back. It's very annoying.
About the finale: a little trick if you run out of snacks during this mission: you can regenerate your health by buying a Sprunk near the entrance. About the final boss, he may take you out if you proceed like shown in the video. A safer way is just to shoot him from the floor. He won't shoot you if you're far from him but of course, you can shoot him from anywhere you can see him.
About Union Depository: before doing the first setup mission, check the vehicles of the day in your autoshop. If the Kuruma is on the list, wait for the gangsters at the delivery point, kill them, deliver your vehicle, take on of their cars (which is a Kuruma) and deliver it for extra $20k and rep points.
During the finale: NEVER go out this way, especially if you're alone. The reason is simple: when you reach a certain point at any of the exits, NOOSE agents will spawn and attack you. If you try to get out this way, you won't have any cover when they appear; if you take the other exit, you'll be able to step back under cover and to take them out very easily. After that, all you have to do is to take the police car in front of the exit, to drive to the police station and to finish the mission as shown in the video. In very rare occasions the helicopter doesn't spawn on the roof so check if it's there before going up. And last trick: always use Sessenta's car, even if you have other vehicles available. The reason is that once you've done the finale, your personal vehicle will be next to you. If you use another vehicle, you won't have a vehicle, and if the delivery point is the same as in the video, your personal vehicle may spawn on the other side when you call it and it's a bit annoying.

I can’t he said Cayo perico heist so much I’m pulling my hair
I’m taking notes for my low lvl account
All you need is a buddy to just do the casino heist. If you do the setups solo and get art/gold, you can get 1.7M from it in under 1 hour. While it is unavailable for like 48 minutes, just go on the master control terminal and buy supplies for Coke, meth, and bunker as well as Acid Lab. You can also just do the Union Dep from the auto shop, easy 300K. Oh and dont forget your Nightclub working on the 5 best things all the time.
I did this and got 10 Mil in under 2 days.

on pc the most ideal way is modding theirs even free mod menus, on consoles it involves glitching for free deluxo's and selling them.

The sad state of GTAV is that with all the things in the game to do every video is another Cayo Perico Heist.
i think you can do the cayo better if you look up how to take out the jugger and then look up the quickest way to escape. Because where you went was already the right way just go all the way to the end of that bit of land and then theres a triangle of mines and if you swim inbetween those you get out and dont have to waste to much time
Swim to the last mine and out takes less then a minute to get out it's the best, there are other places that will trigger it but if you swim past it will cause the chopper to respawn lmao 🤣

i eliminate the same guards but when the dranage gets clossed down all guards gets alerted. i kinda dont understand it.i manage allways to escape but i lose money in the proces because i get shoot a few times
i suggest just playing the game, tryharding for money is boring. I suggest exploring new heists and having fun. I learned to play the game by exploring myself. During a certain period of time i only did cayo perico and got bored. Today i do every buisness to have fun and enjoy everything. But u do u, play like u want.
How do you get so little amount of guards in the union dep contract.
I takes me around a hour ore 2, and a lot of restart. The autoshop contracts are not worth it.

If you wanna be filthy rich in gta online, buy salvage yard, buy kosatka (sparrow) and do last dose missions to get the acid lab

Or own a kosatka on both characters because then you can do 1 after you finish the first and do anan autoshop autishop contract or 2 in between

Everytime I kill the guard at the motorcycle a car comes from the left and spots the body, than I cant escape just by swimming, am I not fast enough or should I keep swimming? Any ideas?
at that point it shouldn't matter if he sees the body, you can keep swimming and it will finish...
