    The 4-Cone Box Drill is a versatile defensive back drill designed to improve footwork, change of direction, hip fluidity, and overall movement efficiency. Here’s how it works:
    Setup:
    • Place 4 cones in a square or box formation, about 5 yards apart from each other.

    Start at one cone and label the cones 1, 2, 3, and 4 in a clockwise or counterclockwise direction.
    Key Coaching Points:
    • Stay low and balanced in your backpedal and shuffles.
    • Transition smoothly between movements-hips should stay loose and fluid.
