I’m Dr. Dana Brems, also known as Foot Doc Dana. As a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM), I treat everything from trauma including broken bones, other sports injuries, foot wounds, calluses, thick or ingrown nails; you name it! Being a #doctor is a serious job, but we can have a lighthearted side too. That's why I created this channel- to make medical themed #shorts videos for fun, while also helping to answer your questions.

It can be hard to recognize people who are struggling. We can see them from a distance and envy them without ever knowing how they are struggling and just trying not to drown. I know that because I am one of those people in fear of drowning. My knee jerk reaction to this video is to sarcastically say “oh poor you”, but I have no idea what she is going through that she doesn’t choose to share with us. You are not alone in your suffering many of us are here with you no matter our outward “success”.

My advice lady after seeing a few clips get involved with your community join Rotary Club or go to a fund raising event or to a community improvement event. Making true friendships with people can lead to Happiness. You are still young and you are a doctor you will be fine.
I wish that you could be my Dr. In the Army I sprained my ankle a lot. So much that I fractured my other foot. Now my ankle drops out of place randomly. The VA says it’s okay.
