But it does do a fantastic job laying down clear in terms of the quality of the finished product? I’m mostly spraying small things…parts of antique fans and stuff that I restore. Minijet would probably ly be fine for what I’m going size wise…but I’d like the option for doing larger stuff too (I used to do a lot of airbrush murals so might one day get back only shy and need to clearcoat larger panels etc). Thanks. Great review. Very informative (looking at a gently used 5000 for $350. Includes rebuilt kit too (but no cup! But it sounds like I don’t need that lol. So they make a 10oz Sata cup?)
Am i misunderstanding you about the older satas not having air cap seals, or are you referring to them not using rubber as the material? My jet rp, rp digital 2 and 3000 hvlp have air cap seals and they're all made of some type of plastic, though the air caps on the rp guns are different colors, one is solid black and the other is somewhat translucent/tan. Is that seal in the 5000 actually some type of rubber? In other words, an o ring? That would deteriorate in no time from friction and solvents I'm really curious
Bratha " I just came a cross this video, browse n.Nice video,I am a Journey level production painter.I use all devilbiss tekna guns.Devillbiss for the price,is an awesome gun.!!& work's just as good,with less overspary. But I would mind trying a 5000 gun.I also have iwata's.& a ws400.Nice video!✌👌
